My background prior to becoming a Foodservice Consultant was grounded in operations. At Cornell, I minored in hospitality design and completed through advanced AutoCAD course work. I interned at Cini-Little during the summer of 2010 before deciding to continue on an operational career path. I have had extensive experience as an Executive Chef and Food & Beverage Director in the private sector including owning and operating my own catering and event venue. I have helped resort operations rebrand and rebuild operations including leading website development and marketing. Currently, I am a Ponsulting Prinicpal at Bakergroup.
