Managing Partner of St. Martha's Brasserie D'Orleans, a French style restaurant using the most current techniques and food service delivery methods. The restaurant is used as platforms for innovation and open thinking practices for the industry that are then applied to banquet dining, business dining, healthcare food services and military dining just to name a few.
