The simple handling of the Upster®K also has a positive effect when there is a high fluctuation within the staff. The employee training period is short and employees can develop into competent dishwashing professionals in just a few minutes.
What are the benefits of the user-friendly operation of Upster®K and therefore greater employee satisfaction? The user-friendly glass operating panel with One-Touch operation, the same intuitive blue operating concept, ergonomic work processes, fast and hygienic washing results and less steam and heat in the kitchen. The steam reduction comes from the integrated heat recovery, which can ultimately also ensure a more pleasant indoor climate – a real benefit, especially when things get stressful. No further training is required to operate the machine.
Tall trays, big pots and all the other bulky washware are no longer a problem. With a passing height of 508 mm, the new machine also handles large soiled washware, which leaves the machine hygienically clean again shortly afterwards. One thing remains the same for all four machine variants: they get the job well done. Depending on the size and needs it is important to choose the machine that best suits the individual requirements. The wash volume ranges from 160 to 210 racks/h.
