With the personnel changes on the export team, Küpperbusch Großküchentechnik already paved the way for an expansion of international business in the middle of this past year. Now the large-scale kitchen manufacturer is taking off. In early December, Küpperbusch invited its Czech and Slovakian representation to the production facility in Gelsenkirchen, thus kicking off the Export marketing campaign. Among other things, training for the new combi steamers ConvectAir+ and ConvectAirS.

“With our offices in the Czech Republic and Slovakia, we have laid a solid foundation for the expansion of our export business in the east. It is important to show our presence with national representatives. This creates trust,” says Paul Tücks, Export Manager at Küpperbusch.

Among other things, technical training for the new combi steamers ConvectAir+ and ConvectAirS was the focus of our visit. “With ConvectAir+, we have paid particular attention to the hybrid steam system – because that is unique on the market. There was a general training course on our brand new compact combi steamer ConvectAirS,” according to Tücks. However, the horizontal cooking technique was not neglected either. “The issue of energy efficiency was, of course, high on the agenda. This is currently one of the dominant themes on the market,” said Tücks.
