Hoshizaki America, Inc. is pleased to launch a new addition to the Commercial Series Line – Pizza Prep Tables, Model CPT46.
The 46” wide single section Pizza Prep Table exterior is constructed with high quality stainless steel. Interior sides, back and floor feature anodized aluminum. CPT46 Pizza Prep Table accommodates six 1/3” size pans, features a solid state digital controller and the spring assisted self-closing doors are field reversible.
The stepped door design protects the door gasket. The rail utilizes a unique ducted air distribution system to distribute air evenly and maintain product temperature. Rely on Hoshizaki for refrigeration products for dependable design and energy efficient operation.
