Ali Group acquires JIPA to extend global reach

Pioneer of groundbreaking, multifunctional pans JIPA JUMP, JIPA earned its reputation by creating durable, efficient, and versatile kitchen solutions

Ali Group, the largest and most diversified global leader in the foodservice equipment industry, today announced that it has successfully closed on its acquisition of JIPA, a Czech Republic-based manufacturer of advanced electrical multifunctional devices for commercial kitchens. The cornerstone of JIPA’s product line, the JIPA JUMP, performs a variety of cooking functions, including pressure cooking, frying, braising, grilling and sous vide. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
