
UNOX has appointed Eric Holder as national director of service, reinforcing the company’s commitment to exceptional customer support and long-term service excellence.
In his new role, Holder will oversee all aspects of service operations, ensuring efficiency, consistency and quality in customer support. He will be responsible for managing and developing the UNOX service team, optimizing response times and enhancing technical training programs.
Quality assurance
Holder brings more than 20 years of experience in the commercial kitchen equipment industry, with expertise in project planning, sales growth, technical service and quality assurance. In his previous roles at Marcone and Marra Forni, Holder has successfully led service teams, expanded service networks and driven significant revenue growth.
