TWC, the route to market data specialist, has appointed Richard Boyles to the role of customer engagement director, in order to accelerate growth and drive market penetration, with effect from mid-September 2018.
With over 30 years’ experience in confectionery, food & drink and a career that has thrived in six multi-national organisations, Boyles joins the business from Heineken UK where he was national account director responsible for off-trade wholesale – a role he has held for 12 years, pivotal in Heineken being recognised as #1supplier in the Advantage Group in 2016.
Prior to Heineken, Boyles held senior roles with Carlsberg UK, Pepsi-Cola and L’Oreal.
