Erik Lampe, who has been serving as President of Vollrath since Paul Bartelt’s retirement earlier this year, now also assumes the role of CEO, continuing the company’s almost 150-year legacy. Lampe has already demonstrated strong leadership, strategic acumen, and a deep commitment to the company’s values. He’s taking the helm at Vollrath after the company successfully navigated global supply chain challenges and achieved record-breaking sales in 2022, solidifying its position as an industry leader.
“Vollrath is a great company with an exciting future,” said Erik Lampe. “I’m excited to lead this incredible team and continue our commitment to serving all our stakeholders inside and outside the company.”
As part of this change in leadership, The Vollrath Company also appointed Tina Kreidler as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Tina’s journey with Vollrath began in 2012 as Controller, and she was most recently promoted to VP of Finance in February 2023.
“I am thrilled to work together with Tina as CFO,” Lampe added. “Her contributions have been integral to Vollrath’s growth, and she’ll continue to play a vital role in our future success.”
In their new roles as CEO and CFO, Lampe and Kreidler will build on the company’s legacy of excellence and passion-driven innovation. Lampe stated: “The company’s genuine commitment to shared values and how it demonstrates them deeply resonates with me. Tina’s tenure in the company is of great benefit since she’s been living and working in this unique culture for over a decade already.” Their passion for developing people and a values-based approach to business align perfectly with Vollrath’s family-held history and long-term orientation to the future.
