Lexington, award-winning contract catering and reception services organisation, has announced the promotion of Nick Liddle as sales director, after two years as head of sales. Nick joined Lexington Catering in 2007 as catering manager and worked his way up to a senior role in operations before moving into sales.
Nick will oversee all aspects of sales and business development for both the Lexington Catering and Lexington Reception Services portfolios.
He gained valuable experience in operations and has managed a wide range of projects, including a number of mobilisations, which have involved driving innovation while at the same time maintaining client and guest satisfaction, profitability and employee morale.
