Thomas Mertens FCSI was elected as a new board member on the occasion of the FCSI Germany-Austria AGM 2015 in Dresden, Germany. He will be responsible for marketing, working closely with Hildegard Dorn-Petersen FCSI, who is responsible for public relations.
Mertens is owner of S.A:M® and is based in Bavaria. His core competences are food facility design and consulting.
