FCSI’s Future-Tech video series saw a new episode recorded on Wednesday February 26, 2025, live at The NAFEM Show 2025 in Atlanta, Georgia. Produced with the support of Frymaster and focusing on labor-saving innovation, the panel addressed the topic of how new technologies are helping to plug the foodservice labor gap.
Participants included consultants Anja Kuechenmeister FCSI from Camacho; Renee Palmer from FoodSpace; Andrey Teleguz FCSI from Scopos Hospitality Group; and Wendell Hays of Frymaster, while Michael Jones, editorial director, FCSI’s Foodservice Consultant, moderated the session.
