Leveraging premium foodservice and retail crossover

“The world has changed dramatically, with long-lasting effects possible,” says Dempsey. But he was quick to point out that opportunities for continued growth exist in the North American market. “Thinking specifically about North America… experiencing premium foodservice, driving an experiential offering that crosses over between foodservice and retail, is not only something we’re seeing more of, but something that can really set the trend and drive sales growth over the next few years,” he says.
