FCSI’s Innovation In The Kitchen video series, supported by Middleby, recorded a new episode on Thursday February 27, 2025, live at The NAFEM Show 2025 in Atlanta, Georgia. The panel addressed how innovation is improving foodservice operations in professional kitchens in North America and solving problems for consultants and their clients.
Participants were consultants Christine Guyott FCSI of Rippe Associates and Robert Doland of Jacobs Doland Beer, plus Meghan Daro of Middleby, while Michael Jones, editorial director, FCSI’s Foodservice Consultant, moderated the session. The video was filmed by The Fuze video team, headed up by FCSI Associate Erik Haviland.
