Kicking off on Thursday 11 April with the opening party, the conference, which was initially slated for 2020 before the Covid-19 pandemic brought the world to a standstill, will see industry friends and colleagues get together for a packed program of education and fun activities.
The two days of the conference will feature a learning program of presentations and educational sessions as well plenty of camp activities, put together by the planning committee, headed up by conference chair Tarah Schroeder FCSI.
Achieving peak performance
Opening the conference will be keynote speaker Eddie Slowikowski, a self-made businessman and entrepreneur, a former world class runner who was the 169th American to run a mile in under four minutes. He will be talking about achieving peak performance in his presentation titled The 4-minute Formula.
The educational program and breakout sessions will cover everything, from frictionless payment and AI to marketing and master plan development.
As important as the learning programme, the camp activities are a great way to spend time with friends and meet new colleagues while enjoying horseback riding; archery and tomahawk throwing; or crafts and drafts. Some of these are now fully booked and others may want to enjoy time by the pool during the downtime.
Closing the conference will be award-winning comedian, author and international speaker Katie Goodman, known from TV and live performances in theaters across the US. She will be talking about using improv to improve your life.
Among the consultant speakers at Camp FCSI will be FCSI Senior Associate Sojo Alex, Bill Bender FCSI, Jay Bravinder FCSI, and James Camacho FCSI.

The FCSI The Americas Conference will take place 11-14 April at the Hyatt Regency Lost Pines in Austin, Texas – rooms at the hotel are now sold out and those interested in attending should seek alternative accommodation.
