Later this month the premier foodservice equipment show in France, and beyond, will return in the gastronomic center that is Lyon. From 19 to 23 January foodservice professionals will be gathering discuss business, innovation and discover the food of tomorrow.
This 21st edition of the show will feature more than 4,000 exhibitors and brands and 14 international pavillions spread across 140,000m². New for this year’s edition is the Sirha Food Forum, an exclusive place where foodservice experts can meet, exchange ideas and learn. Furthermore, a 250m² village, established in partnership with Crédit Agricole, is dedicated to start-up in foodservice.
As usual there will be a broad range of competitions, chief among them the culinary contest Bocuse d’Or, which sees chefs from around the world compete in the fervour of a stadium-like atmosphere. The Pastry World Cup, the International Catering Cup and Coupe de France de la Boulangerie are just a few more of the total number 16 national and international competitions taking place at Sirha Lyon 2023.
