Launching now, the high capacity range, offered in PROFI and class-leading PREMAX models possess a 65% higher water circulation* due to an increased number of wash jets and a re-designed base rack.
The machines’ smarter water coverage – which does not come at the expense of increased water usage – is allied to patented steam and detergent injection technology^. The steam pre-soaks the soiled ware, achieving 70% better results for all starch-based stains like potatoes and rice*. Furthermore the energy created by the steam keeps the wash water at exactly the right temperature meaning no additional consumption of energy.
Detergent is now directly sprayed as opposed dispensed into the wash tank which achieves 45% better results for all protein-based stains like egg, cheese and fish*. Those who opt for Hobart’s unique, drain heat recovery system – which uses the energy from the hot drain water to reduce energy consumption – can also make a saving of some £750 per year**.
Tim Bender, UK Sales Director – Warewashing at Hobart UK says: “The introduction of these enhanced utensil washers heralds not only a new dawn for sheer performance, but also for simplicity and ease of use. We know from our work with operators across foodservice that a reduction in manual involvement in the cleaning process of utensils is one of the major customer requirements in kitchens and food prep areas. Manual washing with a sink and hand shower can consume large amounts of water and chemicals, while second-runs are both cost and time consuming. The new generation range helps to eliminate these headaches at the touch of a button.”
