Hosted during The NAFEM Show 2025 and supported by Halton, this panel was moderated my FCSI’s Foodservice Consultant magazine’s Michael Jones and features ambassadors from The Burnt Chef Project, which is dedicated to providing education, support, and resources to tackle mental health stigma – and creating change in the hospitality industry.
The panel addressed the findings of a 2025 survey of 150 North American chefs, which will be published in The Kitchen Condition, a report supported by Halton and The Burnt Chef Project, in April 2025. The report features additional insight from Kai Konola, CEO, Halton Group; FCSI members Shaunya Noble, Ken Schwartz FCSI and Joe Schumaker FCSI; plus Matthew Anderson of Rippe Associates, and Rose Cowell of Blodgett Oven Company.
