With over two decades of experience in the foodservice industry, Eric will lead Davella’s hospitality division and play a pivotal role in expanding the firm’s global practice, delivering innovative culinary design solutions to clients across diverse markets.
Eric’s career began with the development of an installation department for a rising contract equipment dealer, where he quickly ascended to VP of Operations and Senior Project Manager, completing some of the largest foodservice projects in the U.S. He later founded one of the country’s most successful contract installation companies, overseeing operations for 11 years, including international projects in Ireland and Russia.
Building on his expertise, Eric transitioned into foodservice consulting, where he spent 19 years shaping iconic projects across the U.S. and internationally, working in Brazil, Turkey, London, and Mexico. His leadership journey took him from Project Manager to Senior VP and ultimately Managing Director, solidifying his reputation as one of the country’s top foodservice consultants.
At Davella, Eric’s expertise in hospitality design, project management, and operations will ensure that every project is strategic, precise, and seamlessly executed. His unique blend of culinary and construction knowledge positions him as an invaluable partner for projects demanding both visionary design and operational excellence.
