FCSI’s Innovation In The Kitchen is a new roundtable video series, supported by The Middleby Corporation. The second episode, recorded on Tuesday September 24, at the Middleby Innovation Kitchens in Dallas, Texas, saw leading FCSI Professional member consultants and industry experts address how a combination of residential aesthetics with commercial performance is becoming increasingly popular in professional kitchen and evaluate the opportunities it presents for operators.
