“Our partnership has far and away been one of the most valued in my career,” said Rob White, co-founder and CEO of the company. “Claudia’s vision, commitment to excellence and ability to have fun is the solid foundation on which Envision Strategies was built and will forever be at the core of our ongoing success.”

Throughout her tenure, Scotty has been a trailblazer in the industry, breaking barriers and setting an example for women in consulting. As one of the early female professional members of FCSI, Scotty’s contributions have paved the way for greater diversity and inclusion in the field. She has been a mentor and role model to countless professionals, both within the company and beyond. Her passion for mentoring women in the industry has inspired and empowered others to pursue their goals and aspirations.

“Claudia’s impact extends far beyond the walls of our firm,” said Ann Roebuck, vice president at Envision and longtime mentee of Scotty. “Her leadership and mentorship have been invaluable to me personally and to many others in our industry. Her keen perspective, kindness and humor will continue to inspire and guide us for decades to come.”

Embracing opportunities

In retirement, Scotty plans to indulge her love for travel. Having worked and played across six continents, Antarctica is high on her bucket list. She will continue to embrace opportunities to give back to both her community and the industry.

“We are immensely grateful for Claudia’s contributions and leadership over the years,” said White. “As she embarks on this new chapter, we wish her all the best and look forward to continuing her legacy of excellence and innovation at Envision Strategies.”
