Previously involved in some of Singapore’s most prestigious establishments, including the Raffles Hotel Singapore and The Fullerton Singapore, where he was a member of the opening team, Wei Jun now specializes in Kitchen Design, with past projects such as the prestigious One°15 Marina in Singapore as well as the main restaurants within Night Safari and Singapore Zoological Gardens, Singapore. He now oversees the design and development of all F&B facilities in projects such as The Oberoi and Trident Hotel, New Delhi and The Sheraton Hotel, Chandigarh.
