Alex has been promoted to Principal from her previous role after 10 years with the company where she served clients in all areas of consulting, as well as leading business development and marketing efforts for Envision Strategies and the new e360 Performance Management Program. Her client responsibilities will continue and expand into additional management of the firm.

These changes will help support continued growth for Envision Strategies while they focus on delivering tangible value back to their clients through thought leadership, operational improvement consulting & training programs that impact people, processes & performance.

Rob White, president of Envision Strategies says, “These three individuals each bring different strengths and experiences, from Mindy’s depth of operational experience, Glenn as a client and administrator in Higher Ed, and Sojo as a long-time student of the industry with a natural curiosity to bring ideas and people together to benefit our clients.” Adds White, “They all share a common desire to do what’s right for our clients – in other words, I’ve appreciated that they are all very client-centered in their approach to their work. They certainly add to Envision’s capacity, but more importantly, the quality and support for our clients. They are truly talented individuals on their own, but with our collective team, they make us stronger together.”
