Chaired by Michael Jones of FCSI’s Foodservice Consultant magazine, the panel saw leading consultants from the FCSI Asia Pacific Division Mario Sequeira FCSI, Director and Senior Consultant, Hospitality Total Services (Aus) Pty Ltd; President, FCSI Worldwide; Alburn William FCSI, President, CKP Hospitality Consultants; and Daniel Metz, Regional Vice President, Asia Pacific, South Asia & Australasia, MKN Asia, discuss their experience of cross-border foodservice consultancy project work across the region.
From understanding the minutiae of culinary variation between countries and regions to appreciating different ways of working across various territories, the video, which you can watch below, explores how exposure to oversees work ultimately leads to better consultants – but also better projects.
