On Tuesday July 20, 2022, two leading FCSI Professional member consultants, plus Daniel Metz, regional vice president, Asia Pacific, South Asia & Australasia, of MKN, met for a virtual FCSI roundtable to discuss different ways foodservice businesses are relying on innovative thinking – to not only survive, but thrive in a post-pandemic environment.
The third episode in FCSI’s Optimize for Success series focused on the subject of ‘Projects’, looking at how more efficient and effective project management makes for better end-results on foodservice projects for operator clients and consultants alike.
The ‘roundtable’ also addressed the techniques and best practice to improving the design phase, master planning, KPIs, snagging and overall project management.
Chaired by Michael Jones of FCSI’s Foodservice Consultant magazine, the roundtable saw leading consultants Alexander Hofer FCSI, CEO – Senior Consultant, H44 Team, and Ian Hopper FCSI, director KHI Technical Services LLC, discuss have they have adapted and managed projects over the years
