The talk, supported by Duke Manufacturing, marked the first in a series of Innovation Spotlight virtual panel sessions coming up on fcsi.org.
With different perspectives coming from manufacturing, operation and consultancy, the session throws up fascinating insights on the part technology plays in institutional foodservice.
Chaired by Tina Nielsen, editor of FCSI’s Foodservice Consultant magazine, the discussion saw hugely experienced consultants Tarah Schroeder FCSI, executive principal of Ricca Design Studios; Brett Daniel FCSI, BIM manager/project manager of Camacho Associates join Beth Wallace, executive director for food and nutrition of Jeffco Public Schools and Lloyd Hartsfield, president of Countercraft Inc, which forms part of Duke Manufacturing.
